Losing excess weight and keeping it off, is a problem many face. In this blog, I will be sharing goodies, tidbits, and exciting things I discover that may help us all! I will also include some things from Coach Josh, even though I don’t totally agree with him, because some of his ideas and beliefs that don’t work for me, just may work for you. We are all the same to some degree, but each of us must discover how our own body works and then do what it needs to be happy and healthy.
My study of how to achieve and keep good health began when I was 18 and has been my lifelong passion. I have learned much over the years and when my T.O.P.S. group dissolved, I created Talk ‘N Share. Life happened and I have not done anything with it until now. Since the beginning of this year I have learned many important things and wish to share with others, who like myself, may find it nearly impossible to lose those last few pounds and maintain the loss already achieved.
