Someone once told me that IF YOU ALWAYS DO WHAT YOU’VE ALWAYS DONE, YOU’LL ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU ALWAYS GOT… and I believe that is true. 

Over the years I have studied, read articles, talked with doctors and nutritionists, but most of the things I learned have been from experimenting on myself, then sharing what I discover in this blog.

I have learned that eating chemical-free, taking in a lot of fat, some protein and very few carbs will kill my hunger and allow me to lose weight in a very natural and healthy way. Looking to lose a few pounds? Just read and follow our lead on the EAT HEALTHY! page.  I believe you will get the most help from that and perhaps also from the articles on Keto eating.
