Did you know that cooking with certain foods can give you
better flab loss results?
That’s right! Certain foods have
that can make your body burn even more unsightly body flab
in far less time than “dieting” alone.
Here are 3 types of food to cook with that can “Thermo-Charge”
1. Lean sources of
will serve to increase the metabolic rate so that you burn
more calories in the hours after consuming it. This is because
the body will actually expend a large number of calories just
breaking that protein down, therefore increasing your total
daily calorie burn. Good lean sources of protein are: chicken,
lean red meat, white fish, eggs, or even some cuts of pork!
2. Spices: One thing that so many people entirely overlook as
they go about their diet is the power of spices. Spices will
not only boost the taste of your foods but also enhance your
metabolic rate so that you burn flab all day long. Good spices
are: black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, chili, ginger, garlic,
and the king of them all, cayenne pepper!
Thermo-Charged Free Vegetable’? These are essentially
vegetables that will cause the body to move into a negative
calorie state simply by eating them. Or, another way to put it
is that eating these vegetables will cause you to burn more
calories than they provide you. Some of these special veggies
are: bell peppers, kale, spinach or even tomatoes!
Here’s a recipe that will help you lose while you enjoy!
Makes 1 serving (4 to 6 pancakes)
• 6 egg whites
• ½ cup oatmeal (dry)
• Vanilla extracts
• Pinch of cinnamon powder
• Pinch of stevia
• Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• ¼ teaspoon baking soda
1. First heat a frying pan until hot and then reduce to medium
2. After mixing together all the ingredients in a blender, spray
some pam (or other cooking spray), drop by spoonful onto the pan
3. When bubbles start to form, place evenly on pancake about 1
4. Let them set in before flipping the pancake
5. Makes about 4-6 pancakes depending on the size
