Isabel– 2 More Yummies!

Since I briefly mentioned my new favorite snack (recipe below), I’ve been getting tons of questions about it.

Yes, I did describe my Protein Pudding snack which includes a scoop of Protein Powder and Chia Seeds mixed with water, but the one I’m referring to is the delicious yogurt snack I have almost every single day (and there are 2 delicious versions).

Strawberry Shortcake Protein Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Biotrust Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • ½ cup Organic Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries

Directions
Mix Protein powder with 1 Tbsp of water in a bowl (it will not be completely mixed).  Add ½ cup Greek Yogurt and mix until all the powder has mixed into the yogurt (I have tried to do this without adding a bit of water first and it does not mix as well).  Stir in the strawberries.  Enjoy!

Chocolate Blueberry Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Biotrust Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • ½ cup Organic Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

Directions
Mix Protein powder with 1 Tbsp of water in a bowl (it will not be completely mixed).  Add ½ cup Greek Yogurt and mix until all the powder has mixed into the yogurt (I have tried to do this without adding a bit of water first and it does not mix as well).  Stir in the blueberries.  Enjoy!

I look forward to this snack so much; especially after a good workout (I tell myself this is my delicious reward for a good workout).

I can honestly tell you that Biotrust Protein Powder is the best tasting protein I have ever used.  Now, with that being said, taste is not the only factor I consider when choosing a protein powder.  In fact, everything I use goes through  heavy and rigorous testing and analysis before I eat it.

Hands down, the quality of this protein is just as stellar as the taste.  To start, it’s 100% natural, unlike many other protein powders that are loaded with artificial sweeteners and additives.  It is sweetened with all natural Stevia (my favorite all natural sweetener) with added inulin for increased fiber.

It is also Certified Hormone Free, sourced from Grass Fed Cows that were raised naturally (not many companies can say that about their protein powders).  I do not even go near a protein powder unless I know that it is sourced from hormone free cows.  I do NOT want to mix hormones into my yogurt and I’m sure you don’t either.

And, by far, one of the most cutting edge and phenomenal advancements to Biotrust Protein Powder is its inclusion of ProHydrolase… a digestive enzyme that specifically breaks down whey protein in the body, preventing any gas or bloating while simultaneously DOUBLING your body’s ability to absorb and make best use of this protein.  I always thought it was the lactose (dairy) content in protein powders that made me gassy and bloated, but after using Biotrust Low Carb and experiencing none of those side-effects, I am sure it was due to my body’s inability to use whey protein effectively.

And even better, for one more day, the folks who produce the protein powder I personally use have agreed to offer my subscribers a really cool Buy 2, Get 1 Free discount along with free shipping on every order.

As always, let me know how you enjoy my new delicious snack.  Hmmm…maybe I’ll go make one right now!

About talknshare

My study of how to achieve and keep good health began when I was 18 and has been my lifelong passion. I have learned much over the years and when my T.O.P.S. group dissolved, I created Talk 'N Share. Life happened and I have not done anything with it until now. Since the beginning of this year I have learned many important things and wish to share with others, who like myself, may find it nearly impossible to lose those last few pounds and maintain the loss already achieved.
