NO WHEAT? WHAT TO EAT??

FD 8food factsFD 5We’ve been asked what to eat if we are gluten-free and where these wonderful foods can be found!FD bread sproutFD 95

There are many companies that make totally delicious and healthy foods that are gluten-free because they are sprouted. Many are found in your local grocery- we’ve enjoyed shopping Fred Meyer and Trader Joe’s because they are near us and carry a variety of sprouted breads, tortillas, and more. Most companies have a web site where you will find not only breads, but pastas and cereals. We like Ezekiel 4:9 products and they have a wide variety including English Muffins, Pocket breads and hot dog buns the kids will love! Amazon is a wonderful way to go if you want these foods delivered to your door in a timely manner, and you can get a variety of flours for your own baking pleasure as well as many organic and healthy foods.   We will put a few pictures here to give you an idea of what’s out there.

About talknshare

My study of how to achieve and keep good health began when I was 18 and has been my lifelong passion. I have learned much over the years and when my T.O.P.S. group dissolved, I created Talk 'N Share. Life happened and I have not done anything with it until now. Since the beginning of this year I have learned many important things and wish to share with others, who like myself, may find it nearly impossible to lose those last few pounds and maintain the loss already achieved.

thank you for this interesting article. My questions – when are the grains ruined? if they say 100% whole grain are they good then? How do I know when looking at products that they are not bad ones?? don’t necessarily have money for all this “organic” stuff.

Hello again! Sorry it has taken so long for me to answer this. Things are crazy busy here! Grains were just fine from the time God made them until the point man took over and decided he could improve on those foods. As man changed things, the nutrients were removed and chemicals were put into the seeds before planting to control a number of things. Bad news for our human bodies. Because of this, 100% whole wheat is not good either. My Naturopath says NO wheat products are good for us. That means if the ingredients lists wheat, don’t eat.
