The restrictive nature of the Paleo approach may make following a healthy eating plan a bit challenging for some people.
Jeannie here– We know we don’t agree with this diet, but thought we’d try some of their foods. Perhaps there are some we would like, but we won’t order again since other companies do offer great products and we didn’t like the ones in our order. Why? the tortilla wraps were extremely thin and quite stiff, everything else fell apart and crumbled. Yes, the chocolate mint cookies, and waffles tasted ok, but we prefer not to eat a handful of crumbs. We didn’t care for the taste of the bread and it fell apart too, not staying in a slice that could be enjoyed in sandwiches. Add to that the fact these products were, in our opinion, highly over priced, and we cannot recommend them- you’re on your own. Back to Isabel…
