THE DESSERT DIET
We thought NO-NO-NO!!! Then realized the email was from Coach Josh telling us about his friend Eric and when we watched the video, we understood. There are those who don’t eat many sweets and those who want bunches. We have and love their cookies, protein powders, and some other things they offer. We already have the book of awesome smoothie recipes and have ordered their newest creation of choc. chip cookies- they’re on the way! We don’t, however, consume that many cookies, bars and shakes, preferring to get much of our protein from more meat, cheese and nuts. It’s all a matter of your own personal choice. All these things are very healthy and we have no doubt at all about it being a wonderful way to lose those extra pounds in our very busy world and still be healthy… take it from here, Josh!
